When you get in touch

We use your name, email and message to answer your enquiry or suggestion. This relies on steps you request towards a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering ordinary correspondence. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact and suggestion forms open an email draft in your chosen email app; you must send it to submit a message. Website hosting and our email service process the technical and message information needed for this. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

Browsing and newsletters

This release removes Google Tag Manager from our pages. Hosting processes network information and security logs needed to serve and protect the site. External links and requested media may connect to other services under their notices. New newsletter subscriptions are paused while verified consent and unsubscribe controls are configured. Existing subscriptions and past use of Brevo and Google analytics still require a separate review; removing a script does not erase old provider records.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence while needed to answer it or handle a related claim, then review it for deletion. Applicable legal retention duties can require specific records to remain. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or applicable portability, and object to legitimate-interest processing. We verify identity proportionately and normally answer within one month. You can complain to Datatilsynet or your competent local authority. Provider agreements, international transfers and detailed retention schedules are being reviewed in our compliance programme.
